There is a requirement of a minimum of 48 hours notice to change or cancel your appointment, failure to do this will result in loss of payment.

Heather Butler Smith provides guidance & advice which will help you on your own judgement or decisions concerning situations and or questions you have posed for yourselves. Heather has very high ethical standards, all readings are treated in the strictest of confidence & you must be over 18 years old.

Heather has the right to cancel your appointment outside the 24 hours cancellation policy if she feels fit to do so and a full refund will be given.

Heather reserves the right to terminate or block your access to the site and/or telephone line and/or any appointments at our discretion, without notice or explanation, if you are, or Heather suspect that you are in breach of the terms.

Customer Services:Refunds: Sometimes, Heather (the reader) and a client are unable to form a connection, in this case as long as you discontinue the reading within the first 5 minutes, you will receive a full refund for cost of your appointment.
